Who is Raj Dave? The award-winning Indian entrepreneur building AI-Pinny

Raj Dave is an entrepreneur from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, best known for building MnRaj Fitness Pvt. Ltd. and RD Fitness Equipments, and today for AI-Pinny — a connected suite of AI web applications for Indian businesses and citizens.

His work sits at an unusual intersection: someone who ran physical businesses with staff, cash counters and daily customers, and then went on to build the software those same businesses needed.

Recognition and awards

Raj Dave's entrepreneurial work has been recognised at national and international award platforms:

• Golden Glory Award 2019 — Best Emerging Entrepreneur in the Indian fitness industry, presented by Preity Zinta.
• International Healthcare Excellence Awards 2019-20 — Best Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year (Fitness Industry), presented by Malaika Arora.
• The Global Choice Awards 2019 — Best Fitness Chain in Gujarat, presented by Jackie Shroff.
• Global Excellence Awards 2019.
• India's Most Promising Business Awards — Certificate of Appreciation.

From fitness chains to AI software

Running a gym chain teaches you exactly where a business loses money: missed follow-ups, manual bookings, staff attendance, unpaid dues, and enquiries that never get called back. Every AI-Pinny product is built around fixing one of those leaks.

That is why the AI-Pinny apps are practical rather than experimental — booking desks for salons, patient flows for dental clinics, member tracking for gyms, admissions for preschools, and order handling for restaurants and retail.

What Raj Dave is building now

AI-Pinny brings together a business command centre, an AI studio for images, video and voice, a secure media vault, a UPI-ready storefront, and AI India Citizen — a free community platform designed to reach citizens across every MLA zone in India.

The goal is simple: one login, one dashboard, and one place where a small Indian business owner can run marketing, operations and payments without hiring a technical team.
